What is your Medical Procedure

Minor Medical Attention

We will react to whatever the situation is and take whatever action is necessary to ensure your child is alright.  In the case of minor injuries coaches will deal with these as trained and in correlation with any medical records provided to us by the parent/guardian.

Complex Medical Attention

Emergency phone numbers provided by the parents/guardians on each booking form will be called if it is deemed that a child should be collected by their parent/guardian and taken to a medical practitioner.

If the coaching staff are unable to reach the parent/guardian of the injured/sick child, an ambulance will be called if the condition is deemed as requiring immediate medical attention.

3

What do we on arrival & pick up?

We ask that all children are accompanied when registering in the morning.

We will require all parent/guardians to sign their child in.  All children must be collected from the registration area IN PERSON at the Sports Pavilion at the end of the day.

We will also need confirmation in the morning if another parent/guardian is collecting the child in the afternoon.

Children will not be permitted to wait for their parent/guardian at the exit gate of the sports field for obvious health and safety reasons.

4

Do we need to supply lunch?

No, but please make sure they bring plenty to drink, especially during warm weather.
